01 Introduction
ICE Marine is recognised for the Bladerunner boat series, which broke the Round Britain World Record by 3.5 hours and remains the holder of this record today. Additionally, they also constructed the vessel used by David Beckham to travel to the 2012 Olympics opening ceremony, as part of the torch’s 8000-mile journey.
02 Design
Design of the new ICE Marine website was vital, as we took on-board their initial thoughts and vision to design and build something that best resembled the incredible range of power-craft they design and manufacture. Adding boat floor plan options, modern typography, and a refined navigation to help users locate the newly designed boat product pages that featured clean, simplistic layouts that prioritised images and important stats.
03 Function
Alongside our design driven approach, the function of the website was just as important, focusing on how users would interact with the developed website, especially for the new Santoku range, which featured a neatly created boat-tree that allows users to efficiently select between Commercial & Leisure ranges.
04 Ongoing Support
